How do I know if my loved
one is OK?
If your loved one is unable to answer a CareCall, The
CareCall system immediately calls the phone number(s) on the
notification list and communicates the urgent message that
your loved one has failed to answer and respond to their
CareCall. You also can view CareCall results in real
time from your account at
www.ParentCareCall.com .
Who can I place on the
Notification List?
Anyone --it’s easy to list and alert family, friends or
neighbors about missed CareCalls and a possible emergency.
You can list up to two phone numbers on your notification
list.
How many CareCalls can I

library.

What if a CareCall goes
unanswered?
If a CareCall is not answered on the first attempt, you can
have the system automatically retry calls from 3 to 30
minutes later. Depending on your loved ones situation, you
may want to be notified immediately if a call is unanswered
or give them time to answer the call later.
Does the system work with
answering machines or voice mail services?
Yes! If an answering machine picks up a call, you have the
option to leave your message on your loved one's machine,
retry the call later, or send an Escalation Call to someone
on your notification list.
